Relate's Education and Learning service offers our experience
to the general public, to existing and former clients, and to
organisations working, directly or indirectly, with couples,
families, and relationships of all kinds.
We offer exciting and helpful courses for
couples and individuals.
We are also proud of the courses we run for professionals.

Courses for individuals
and couples
This Spring we are offering two wonderful courses:
Moving Forward After Divorce or Separation
Saturday 10th March 2012, 9.30am to 4,30pm, £60
Divorced or separated? This is a friendly and supportive day
to help you take stock
of where you are and navigate the way ahead.
and
Parents Apart
Monday 23rd April, 9.30am to 2.45pm, £45
Our much needed and popular course for separated parents
helps you make a positive difference to your children.
(Most people come without their ex partners.)
Our trainers for each course are experienced and approachable, and these
should be fantastic days - we've had excellent feedback from people who've come
on past courses.
Both courses will be held at Relate, 133 Cheltenham Road, Bristol BS6 5RR.
Tea and coffee will be served. You'll need a packed lunch, or head out to one of the
many local cafes.

Couple Skills
Make it better! For couples who want to invest in their
relationship, this is a fun and informative day during which
you'll learn how to get the most from your relationship.
Taking Charge of Your Life
Could you be getting more from your life? This course provides
a wonderful, friendly and stimulating environment from which to
take charge.

Basic Counselling Skills
- Practical and inspiring: our best selling course introduces a range of counselling
skills. This course can be tailored to include modules which are especially relevant for
people working with families and children.

Domestic Abuse Awareness
- A very popular introductory
seminar designed to increase awareness of domestic abuse and

Supporting the Changing Family
- A series of seminars which
explore the practical things you can do to support families
and children especially at times of change.
Conflict Resolution
- Most people want this! Looks at how
conflict arises, becomes embedded and what we can do to
